With over a decade of experience, Andre has guided software development teams through the unique challenges and dynamic environments typical of startups, using his technical knowledge, flow principles, and fostering environments that emphasize agile and continuous delivery values.

Marq Neasman
Marq is a proven business leader with 15 years experience in leadership development, and business development (sales leadership, management leadership, and executive communications). I serve as Principal Consultant of Marq Neasman Consulting: A High-Performance Leadership Firm, based out of Orlando, FL.
