Film Photography Workshop Day 1

Join The Melrose Center staff in this 3-day Film Photography Workshop. Pedro Rafael is a master photographer with over 40 years of experience shooting, processing, and printing film. At this workshop, participants will learn the basics of shooting film and take part in a Q&A session about film processing for black and white or color. Learn best practices for exposing your film to get the best results, either when you send it out to a lab for processing or when you process yourself! Experts and novices are welcome.

Day 1 - October 3rd – Learn about cameras formats, film (prices and where to buy), film processing options, and a Q & A's session on processing, Cameras and film.
Day 2 - October 5th – Film Photo Walk – We’ll be walking around Orlando downtown taking pictures. Pedro will guide the walk while answering photography related questions about exposure and photography in general.
Day 3 - October 10th – We’ll be talking about scanning procedures, best practice when you scan your film to get the best results on your digital print.
