Let’s get together and have fun

We have the Ramada reserved for the entire time, there is a grill there and I plan on bringing burgers, hot dogs, and some carne asada to cook there. You are welcome to bring additional stuff yourselves.

Since the Ramada is right next to the soccer fields, go ahead and bring a ball if you have it.

Heads up: OV Parks and Rec does not allow alcohol on their parks

I am not parks and rec though. Just don’t be stupid

I may provide some NA beers and maybe even a small amount of “NA” beers. But this depends on attendee input.

I will buy food and drinks the week prior, the amount bought will be based on paid attendees. If you plan to pay at the event, you must let me know so that I include that in the headcount when buying food. Otherwise, you won’t be included in the count.

Given that this is a “non-alcoholic” event, people under 21 are also welcome. Be responsible for your children.
