First Orphan's Club Meetup

Welcome to Orphan's club, a place where 'orphans' in Canberra aged 30-55 can meet each other, form social connections and make new friends.

The Orphan's Club first meetup will be held on Wednesday 12 June 2024 at the Belconnen Labor Club.

It's be a chance to meet and start getting to know each other in a relaxed environment. A small area within the bistro in the Labor Club is booked for our exclusive use.

We will primarily be located at a couple of bar tables, able to move around the area easily to interact with multiple people during the event.

You can eat at the Bistro if you want to, but there's no obligation to do so. There's a bar in the Bistrowhere a variety of drinks are available.

It's a free event, with each person buying their own drinks/food.

When you arrive, head around to the left, walk through the bistro right out to alfresco area, and you'll find us on your left. Look for a table with a teddy bear on it :-)

If you are driving, there's plenty of parking on Chandler St directly across the road from the club. If you're a local, you may need to either join the club for $10 or get me to sign you in as my guest (please let me know beforehand 0411 131 424).
