2nd Meet up for Ortigans! A traditional Ortigan Christmas

The first meet up co-hosted with Internations and Couchsurfing Ortigans was successful. TGIF waiters were scrambling to find us chairs, tables, and serve us beer by the end of the night. A few attendees were scrambling to maintain balance by the end of the night.

Our few agenda items went successfully.

1. Eat - Successful

2. Drink - Successful

3. Talk - See above, plus a little more successful

4. Terminology - We've concluded if you live in Ortigas you are an Ortigan. Makati are Makatians. Quezon are Quezonians Bonifacio are Bonese. And Binondo are Chinese.

5. Drink more - Very successful.

We're having our bi-weekly event once again this December 17, 2014. The agenda item will be slightly more food oriented as we'll also be celebrating Christmas together - a nice, traditional Ortigan Christmas drinking beer, eating food, and socializing.

We expect a strong turn out so show up early, first come first serve for seating of about 15 people. Any more you'll have to get a baby-chair.
