## 🎨 Gentle Quick Sketch Session 🎨
Would you like to spend a gentle Saturday afternoon
moving your hands and letting your mind unwind a little?
At Paint Lounge, we’re hosting a
participatory Quick Sketch Session
with 30–60 second poses, where everyone can take small turns posing.
You don’t have to step in front.
A simple gesture from your seat — turning your head, lifting a hand — is perfectly fine.
It’s a soft, easygoing way to join in.
There’s no need to draw well or finish anything.
Just follow what you see in the moment.
Sometimes a single line can lighten your mood
or lead to a small, pleasant discovery.
☕ After the sketch session
After about an hour of sketching,
we’ll slow things down with a relaxed tea time.
Feel free to chat, keep drawing, or simply enjoy the space
— spend the time in whatever way feels comfortable for you.
🖊 Materials
We have some drawing tools to lend, but supplies are limited.
If you have your own sketchbook or favorite pen, please bring it along.
You can also join empty-handed.
First-timers, solo participants, and travelers are all warmly welcome 🌿

## 🎨 みんなでスケッチタイム 🎨
土曜の午後、
手を動かして少しだけ心がほどける時間をつくりませんか？
ペイントラウンジでは、
みんなで小さなポーズを回しながら描く、
30〜60秒の “スピードクロッキー会” をひらきます。
前に出ても、出なくても大丈夫。
ちょっと横を向くだけでもOK。
やわらかい参加型の会です。
うまく描く必要も、仕上げる必要もありません。
ただ「今見えたもの」を線にしてみるだけで、
ふっと気持ちが軽くなったり、
小さな発見が生まれたりします。
☕ 後半は、ゆるい交流タイム
1時間ほどスケッチを楽しんだあとは、
お茶を飲みながらのんびり過ごす時間をご用意しています。
おしゃべりしても、描き続けてもOK。
それぞれのペースで、心地よくお過ごしください。
🖊 道具について
レンタル画材もありますが数に限りがあります。
スケッチブックやお気に入りのペンがあれば、ぜひお持ちください。
手ぶらでも参加できます。
はじめての方も、ひとり参加も、旅の途中の方も歓迎です🌿
