We will be playing FilmSchool, a shoegaze band from Los Angeles coming to Japan for the first time for their Osaka show!
They will be joined by ButteredCat, from Nagoya, Japan, and N4TURAL KILLERES, from Osaka, Japan.
This is an opportunity to see the band up close and personal, so it will definitely be a great experience!

Film School released their debut EP, I'm Not Working, in 2000 and have already been a shoegaze band for over 20 years. The band has been trusted by a wide range of musicians, including members of My Bloody Valentint on their songs and opening for Pavement, and will be performing at the Nothing-sponsored Shoegaze Festival in March 2024.
Although Film School is officially a six-member band, they usually tour with four or five members, but this time they will be coming to Japan with a six-member lineup at the request of the members. Even if they perform in their home country of the U.S., the full-member lineup itself is a rarity, so please don't miss this opportunity to see them.

Film Schoolは2000年にデビューEP『I’m Not Working』をリリースし、既に20年以上のキャリアを持つシューゲイズ・バンド。これまでにMy Bloody Valentintのメンバーが楽曲に参加、Pavementのオープニングを務めるなど、幅広いミュージシャンから信頼を集め、2024年3月にはNothing主催のシューゲイズ・フェスティバルにも出演を果たしている。

Film Schoolは正式メンバーが6人構成のバンドでありながら普段は4〜5人でツアーを回ることがほとんどだが、今回はメンバーの希望もあり6人構成での来日が決定している。母国でもあるアメリカの公演だとしてもフルメンバー構成そのものがレアとのことなので、是非とも見逃さないでほしい。
