ORC Saturday Run - Umeda / Nakanoshima River

Hey folks,

We are back with our regular Saturday morning run, this time it's in Umeda at 9.30am! Please arrive from 9.15am for a 9.30am start!

Meet for a slow/social or faster/paced run (5 to 8km). Depending on numbers and fitness levels, we will have two groups. Please join us for a coffee and a bite after at a cafe on the river!
