### 🌇 Sunset Park Yoga - Sunday Meetup 🌿

Find your inner peace as the sun sets – and feel the early summer breeze.
Join us every Sunday evening for a relaxing, all-levels yoga session in the park. Surrounded by nature, the warm glow of the setting sun, and the refreshing breeze of early summer, we’ll move through gentle flows, stretch deeply, and take time to breathe. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or trying yoga for the first time, all are welcome!

• A calming 60-minute yoga session (English/Japanese bilingual instruction)

🗓 Every Sunday | 🕕 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

📍 Location: Nakanoshima Park – please meet up at kitahama station exit 26 at 17:50 (in case of being late you can let me know)
🎟 1500yen
Bring water, comfy clothes, and yoga mats (if you do not have one, rental for 500yen)

夕陽の下で、心と身体を整える時間を。初夏の気持ちいい風を浴びながら。
毎週日曜の夕方、自然の中でゆったりとしたヨガ時間を一緒に過ごしませんか？初心者から経験者まで、どなたでも参加OK。夕焼けと、初夏の心地よい風を感じながら、体を動かし、深く呼吸してリラックスしましょう。
✨ 内容：

• 約60分のヨガクラス（英語と日本語のバイリンガル対応）
• ヨガマット貸し出しあり（持参もOK）
• 国際交流可能！

🗓 毎週日曜 | 🕕 18:00-19:00
📍 場所：中之島公園（北浜駅の26番出口に17:50に来てください。万が一遅れる場合は連絡いただきたいです。）
🎟 参加費：1500円
持ち物：水、動きやすい服、ヨガマット（レンタル５００円）、ハンカチ
