🌸 Join us for our 2nd Annual International Hanami Picnic Party!

Enjoy a beautiful day under the cherry blossoms and meet new friends from around the world! 🎉✨
We will arrange people into smaller groups of 6-8 people. Please rest assure that we will move people around at least twice so that you can meet more people!
春の心地よい季節、桜を眺めながら 世界中の仲間と特別なひとときを過ごしませんか？🌿✨
ピクニック気分でリラックスしながら、楽しく交流しましょう！
6〜8人ほどの少人数グループに分けて進行します。 より多くの方と交流できるよう、少なくとも2回はメンバーの入れ替えを行いますので、ご安心ください！

Please bring your own snacks, drinks, and bentos if you would like. We will be selling some sandwiches, pastries, homemade coffee, and tea at the picnic.

Please meet directly at the picnic location. Sign-up will start from 11:45 AM. You may feel free to come at a later time or leave earlier.
If rain is expected during the event, the picnic will be postponed to the following week.
ピクニックの場所に直接お越しください。受付は11:45から開始します。途中参加や途中退出も自由です。
イベント当日に雨が予想される場合、ピクニックは翌週に延期となります。

📢Notes📢
📌 Kindly select the "attend" option only if you can join us for the event. If unforeseen circumstances prevent your attendance, we kindly ask you to update your RSVP to "not going". Any cancellations past 8 AM on the day of the event will be considered a 'no-show'
📌 Please avoid clicking attend on another meet-up that is happening at the same time as ours
📌 We will arrange members so that there will be a mix of Japanese/foreigners in each group
📌 Must be 18+ years old to join
📌 Solicitation/self-promotion of your event is strictly prohibited. Any actions deemed inappropriate will not be tolerated and you may be prohibited from joining any future events
