We will NOT go to the busy, crowded areas of Nara today
Absolutely GUARANTEE that you will love this place!!! Splendid it is:) We will take you off the beaten path (hardly used path) and feel the peace and harmony, amazing views and fresh air of the serene nature of Nara....and hopefully lots of wild deer grazing on the wide open rolling hills:)

After a short bus ride we will make our way into this piece of nature with a great variety of terrain.....green rolling hills, rocky stretches, forest area, then finally to the top of mount Wakakusa....the jewel in the crown (secret crown, rarely visited):
Stunning views of nature and the distant city skyline!!!! 360 degree panoramic views!!! On our return we will visit some nice quaint, traditional hidden locations:) Your going to love these places too:) One of them a ryokan in the middle of the forest, another a temple like no other!!!

NOTE: PLEASE PAY YOUR OWN TRANSPORT FEES: 680yen from Osaka to Nara one way. Short bus trip as well, 250yen each way.
WHERE: TWO OPTIONS:
- EAST gates of the KINTETSU NAMBA STATION (gates near North exit of Midosuji Line) at 11:55am (Most people will meet us here).

11:55-12:10 Meeting time at Osaka-Namba Station
12:14 Board Rapid Express (快速急行, it has a red sign)
13:06-13:14 Bus from Kintetsu-Nara to Kasuga Taisha Honden bus fare is ¥250
13:15 Start hike up Wakakusa mountain..easy slope.
16:36 Return by bus from Kasuga Taisha Honden 16:36-16:43 (¥250 fare)
16:56 Return train from Kintetsu-Nara arriving at Kintetsu Namba at 17:36 (¥680 fare)
