I learn with individuals and small groups through OSHO Active Meditations — powerful body-mind methods that blend movement, breath, and silence 🤫. These sessions aren’t about becoming someone else. They’re about softening into who you already are — underneath the stress, the roles, the expectations.

After completing the OSHO Active Meditations In-Depth & Facilitating training (30 hours of immersive practice, theory, and hands-on experience 🎓🧘), I now hold space for others to unwind from within.

In a world that’s constantly speeding up 🏃‍♂️💨, these meditations offer a gentle slowdown 🐢. A moment to shake off the noise 🎶, to breathe fully 🌬️, to feel again ❤️.
