And no, you don’t need to know what Vipassana means. Just come as you are. Tired minds and noisy thoughts are welcome.
🧘♂️ Facilitated gently (and sometimes sneakily) by yours truly, with an OSHO twist — expect the unexpected, including... yourself.
Bring a cushion (or I can provide one), an open heart, and leave your inner control freak at the door.

CONTEXT
In this meditation, we will explore our inside state and mind. It is for practicing awareness, watchfulness, mindfulness, and witnessing. The Meditation is based on the method of Gautama Buddha. Whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this event offers a welcoming space for people helping people to come together and support one another on their journey towards inner wellness.
This session is perfect for free thinkers looking to embrace a natural lifestyle while focusing on inner growth.
