Sat Sangha Salon: A Meeting in Meditation

Sat Sangha Salon is a meeting in meditation hosted by O-Meditation Sangha.
Inspired by the salons of the Enlightenment which were gatherings to discuss truth and life as they saw it.
This meeting is a special bonus program as part of A Course in Witnessing. The program will be featuring Osho’s Dynamic Meditation. Because of the nature of this particular program, it does not follow the pattern of our weekly meditation meetings. The following week we will begin the 144 programs of A Course in Witnessing.
In this program, we will begin with our Listening Meditation. In the listening meditation we will hear three excerpts from discourses in which Osho talks about his Dynamic Meditation and then we will watch a short video with the instructions for this meditation.
After a five-minute break, rather than beginning our Satsang Meditation, we will begin OSHO Dynamic Meditation. OSHO Dynamic Meditation is one hour in length.
Following the Listening and Satsang Meditations is the third part of our meditation meetings, the Dialogue. The Dialogue is an opportunity to question or share something that might have arisen during the listening or meditation or to just remain silent.
