About Anam
Anam, also known as Swami Dhyan Anam, embarked on his spiritual journey in 1986 at the age of 18 under the guidance of the revered teacher Osho. Transitioning from a successful career in business to philanthropy, he committed himself to aiding individuals on their physical, mental, emotional well-being, and spiritual paths.
Drawing upon his profound connection to spiritual energy, Swami Anam established the DhyanYoga Meditation Center, a distinguished spiritual institution promoting inclusivity. Over the past 38 years, he has received extensive teachings from esteemed masters in Zen, Yoga, Tantra, Sufism, Reiki, and somatic therapy.
Swami Anam holds credentials as a certified Meditation Facilitator, having undergone training under the prestigious Osho Commune International. He also holds certification as a Hatha Yoga Teacher, bestowed upon him by the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre (ISYVC) in Canada. Additionally, he completed Breathwork facilitator training from Samma Karuna - the International School of Awakening and Healing.
For the past fifteen years, Swami Anam has devoted himself to guiding individuals on their journey of holistic well-being through the art of meditation, yoga, and other mindful practices. He endeavors to cultivate enhanced well-being, love, creativity, and jubilation among his global clientele. His expertise encompasses the leadership of Meditation, Pranayama (Yogic Breathing Exercises), Asana (Yoga Postures), Kriyas, and Mudras, enriching the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual facets of those under his tutelage.
