Activate your Master Self!

Welcome to the first workshop of the 2025 (a year of vibration 9, closing a big cycle) on the occasion of the New Moon!

If you did not make yet a New Year Resolution you can still do it now. Mastering yourself is one of those resolution to begin with always! Sometimes it takes a lifetime to embody the Master Self but sooner you start on this path, easier will become!
Come and join us in a virtual circle of like-minded people to learn more about self-mastery, self-regulation and your boundaries.

This is a highly interactive workshop where theory is blended with exercises inspired by mindfulness, coaching, sound healing meditation and psychotherapy. You are going to work individually, in small groups and also with the whole group.
