The main channel for posting runs is the OH3 website. You can sign up to our mailing list to receive weekly e-mails about runs: OH3 e-mail list
We are running one time a week all year around. Winter time on Saturdays at 14:30 and summer time on Mondays at 18:30.
There are always 25-35 hashers on each run. Some hash-runs attracts more people. If you want to check it out, please show up to one of our runs. There is always a small fee to cover drinks food (70 NOK or 30 NOK without any food). Fee can be paid by Vipps #57276 just before the run or if you do not have vipps you can go to our webshop site and buy a registration: Registration run 70 NOK

HOW TO GET THERE:
Public Transportation:
Tram 11 or 12 to Grefsen Stadion, turn right, walk via Myrerskogveien, until you see steep stairs on your right hand side - then the apartment building is on your left.
Upper entrance. Don't use the main entrance, go via back entrance in Myrerskogveien (Google Maps points to the back entrance). Doors will be open. If they aren't, ring one of the hares.
Drivers:
Free parking on the streets. Usually easy to find parking in the area.
