The main channel for posting runs is the OH3 website. You can sign up to our mailing list to receive weekly e-mails about runs: OH3 e-mail list
We are running one time a week all year around. Winter time on Saturdays at 14:30 and summer time on Mondays at 18:30.
There are always 25-35 hashers on each run. Some hash-runs attracts more people. If you want to check it out, please show up to one of our runs. There is always a small fee to cover drinks food (70 NOK or 30 NOK without any food). Fee can be paid by Vipps #57276 just before the run or if you do not have vipps you can go to our webshop site and buy a registration: Registration run 70 NOK

HOW TO GET THERE:
Public transport.
100/110 bus in direction of Lillestrøm/ Kjeller or Tbane 2 to Furuset and approx 10 min walk up the hill. Use google maps or another alternative to find the venue.
Drivers:
Very limited street parking in the area. Car park located a few hundred meters away on Erling Michelsens V., 1061 Oslo. Can be located on google maps with the name: Ellingsrud p-plass Oslo kommune

COMMENT
Østmarka’s finest trails with Østmarka’s finest hares. Well behaved dogs welcome outside.
Runners: A mix of technical Østmarka forest trails, grus and some asphalt. Sunset is at 2025. If you plan on getting lost on trail, bring a torch. Not wheels friendly.
Walkers: Bike and stroller friendly. Grusvei and asphalt.

PRICING:
Vipps 70 kr. to account #57276 before the run start (for food + down downs). BYOB. Some beers will be available for sale.
