The main channel for posting runs is the OH3 website. You can sign up to our mailing list to receive weekly e-mails about runs: OH3 e-mail list
We are running one time a week all year around. Winter time on Saturdays at 14:30 and summer time on Mondays at 18:30.
There are always 25-35 hashers on each run. Some hash-runs attracts more people. If you want to check it out, please show up to one of our runs. There is always a small fee to cover drinks food (70 NOK or 30 NOK without any food). Fee can be paid by Vipps #57276 just before the run or if you do not have vipps you can go to our webshop site and buy a registration: Registration run 70 NOK

RED DRESS RUN!*
Join a fun run in the center of Oslo, starting and ending at the Dubliner Whiskey Bar downtown.
Put on your red dress (yes, you guys too!) to support Norsk Folkehjelp** and have fun
Meet up from 14.15 and run start at 14.30 hrs.

There will be PRIZES!

Price: This event costs 200 NOK, which goes entirely to charity.

*The Red Dress Run is a Hash House Harriers tradition, originating in 1987 with the San Diego Hash House Harriers, after one of its members showed up to a run in a red dress due to a misunderstanding. This inspired the club to make it a tradition that has since become a global charity event.

**Norsk Folkehjelp (Norwegian People's Aid) is a humanitarian organization that works globally to clear landmines, provide humanitarian aid, and promote human rights. Domestically, its volunteers are a key part of Norway's search and rescue services and provide first aid (i.e. to hashers lost in the woods!).
