The main channel for posting runs is the OH3 website. You can sign up to our mailing list to receive weekly e-mails about runs: OH3 e-mail list
We are running one time a week all year around. Winter time on Saturdays at 14:30 and summer time on Mondays at 18:30.
There are always 25-35 hashers on each run. Some hash-runs attracts more people. If you want to check it out, please show up to one of our runs. There is always a small fee to cover drinks food (70 NOK or 30 NOK without any food). Fee can be paid by Vipps #57276 just before the run or if you do not have vipps you can go to our webshop site and buy a registration: Registration run 70 NOK

HOW TO GET THERE
Lot of options from Nationaltheater, Oslo S, Kontraskæret.
Use Ruter and Google Maps for find the best option for you.
Driving is a bad idea, but if you must, use Google Maps.

RUN DETAILS
Fun Street running, with several drink stops, donation collecting stops and maybe even singing stops. Embrace your inner child and welcome all the surprises along the way. Excellent prizes for best dress, best accessories and best donation collection effort.
DRESS CODE: Yes - RED DRESS.

PRICING
The price is 200NOK - 100% donated to Norsk folkehjelp, Vipps #57276 before the run. The donation will be 100%, generously matched by Microsoft.
Mismangement will donate the down-down beer and snacks.

Bring plastic on the run and on-after for the bar. The Whisky Bar is reserved for us the whole evening. They serve good beer and food and of course Whisky. We will rock until the early morning!

THE CHARITY
Norsk Folkehjelp (Norwegian People's Aid) is a humanitarian organization that works globally to clear landmines, provide humanitarian aid, and promote human rights. Domestically, its volunteers are a key part of Norway's search and rescue services and provide first aid. Useful when hashers get lost on trail.

THE RED DRESS RUN
The Red Dress Run originated in 1987 with the San Diego Hash House Harriers, after one of its members showed up to a run in a red dress by misunderstanding, inspiring the club to make it a tradition that has since become a global charity event.
