The main channel for posting runs is the OH3 website. You can sign up to our mailing list to receive weekly e-mails about runs: OH3 e-mail list
We are running one time a week all year around. Winter time on Saturdays at 14:30 and summer time on Mondays at 18:30.
There are always 25-35 hashers on each run. Some hash-runs attracts more people. If you want to check it out, please show up to one of our runs. There is always a small fee to cover drinks food (70 NOK or 30 NOK without any food). Fee can be paid by Vipps #57276 just before the run or if you do not have vipps you can go to our webshop site and buy a registration: Registration run 70 NOK

HOW TO GET THERE:
Public transport:
T-bane #3 to last station. At Mortensrud station, exit train and up the stairs (NOT up to the center), and then turn left, following marks to venue. 5 min walk.
Drivers:
E6 south. Mortensrud exit. Continue Mortensrudveien, straight after the circle, and under a small bridge. After the small bridge, turn left (at the first possibility) and up access road to 18N. Drive up the access road to the barrier and park your car, then continue up the road to the end to 18N. It is a yellow house on the right. And you are here!
Parking is limited.
NB: NEW RULES ABOUT PARKING: If you are driving, send Full Service an message before the run, with your car number and email address!
COMMENTS:
Anything can happen on trail - don’t miss it.
There might be cake, and drinkstop or two!
We will run out on time at 14.30 😊
This A-to-A hash will consist of both a runner's and a walker’s trail (walkers circa 5km) from Full Service`s house.
The trails will be stroller friendly but might need some strong hands a place or two.
You can leave a bag in the house during the run. Remember extra clothing, as the circle will be outside. If the weather is to bad, we will be inside (2 min walk from the house).
If you want to stay on the on after, bring your drinks with you!
