The main channel for posting runs is the OH3 website. You can sign up to our mailing list to receive weekly e-mails about runs: OH3 e-mail list
We are running one time a week all year around. Winter time on Saturdays at 14:30 and summer time on Mondays at 18:30.
There are always 25-35 hashers on each run. Some hash-runs attracts more people. If you want to check it out, please show up to one of our runs. There is always a small fee to cover drinks food (70 NOK or 30 NOK without any food). Fee can be paid by Vipps #57276 just before the run or if you do not have vipps you can go to our webshop site and buy a registration: Registration run 70 NOK

# HOW TO GET THERE
Public Transit:
T-bane 3 to Kolsås. Walk east towards and around Kolsåsparken. Cross Kolsåsbekken into Lensmannsjordet. Venue facing you.
Bus 160 to Rykkinn. Exit Hauger. Walk towards Kolsåstoppen. Lensmannsjordet on right. Good luck finding no 23!
Drivers::
E18 to Sandvika. E16 turn off for Bekkestua. Follow signs for Kolsås. At Kolsås senter follow Rødskiferveien, Free street parking on Gabbroveien or Kolsås banehage. Walk through bhg to Lensmannsjordet. Number 23 on your left.
RUN DETAILS
Shortish run, not suitable for prams or bikes. Headlamps probably not necessary but reflector vests are good idea. Walkers' tail suitable for all. Dogs on leash are welcome on trail but not in venue. Bring your dingdong.. Bring a towel if you want to sauna. Shampoos and soaps are on the house!
Indoor circle. Warm food. You might want to bring a change of socks/footware for home journey.
PRICING
Vipps 70 kr. to account #57276 before the run start. Revellers are welcome to stay on-on. BYOB
