The main channel for posting runs is the OH3 website. You can sign up to our mailing list to receive weekly e-mails about runs: OH3 e-mail list
We are running one time a week all year around. Winter time on Saturdays at 14:30 and summer time on Mondays at 18:30.
There are always 25-35 hashers on each run. Some hash-runs attracts more people. If you want to check it out, please show up to one of our runs. There is always a small fee to cover drinks food (70 NOK or 30 NOK without any food). Fee can be paid by Vipps #57276 just before the run or if you do not have vipps you can go to our webshop site and buy a registration: Registration run 70 NOK

# HOW TO GET THERE

**Public Transit:**Public transport: T-bane #1 towards Frognernseteren, get off at Voksenkollen and short walk to the house.
NB: there will be no trains to Oslo S on Saturday

Skiing: Follow the signs to Tryvannstua and then towards Voksenkollen.

Drivers: Some parking at the house, otherwise parking on the side of Voksenkollveien nearby. You should have good winter tires, piggdeck, all wheel drive, etc. The roads are a bit of a mess.

RUN DETAILS
Spikes are recommended! Runners and walkers trails. Sauna and snow bathing on after, bring a towel!

No (more) dogs: we will have enough chaos!.
