The main channel for posting runs is the OH3 website. You can sign up to our mailing list to receive weekly e-mails about runs: OH3 e-mail list
We are running one time a week all year around. Winter time on Saturdays at 14:30 and summer time on Mondays at 18:30.
There are always 25-35 hashers on each run. Some hash-runs attracts more people. If you want to check it out, please show up to one of our runs. There is always a small fee to cover drinks food (70 NOK or 30 NOK without any food). Fee can be paid by Vipps #57276 just before the run or if you do not have vipps you can go to our webshop site and buy a registration: Registration run 70 NOK

# HOW TO GET THERE
Public transport
Check Ruter for options. T-bane line 4 and 5 to Storo. Trams 11, 12 and 18.
Drivers:
Parking might be tricky.
RUN DETAILS
The usual runner and walkers trails. Plenty of asphalt, no need for spikes! Dress for the cold, circle outside. Bring your own refreshments for the circle if your thirsty, down-downs of course provided.
Bag drop and on-after upstairs at Kårhuset (https://www.karhuset.no/), area reserved for us. Delicious pizzas and plentiful beer (and wine). Don't be a d*ck - do not bring your own drinks inside to the restaurant!
Dogs welcome on trail, unfortunately not inside at the restaurant.
