This workshop will cover the full lifecycle of designing, configuration and deploying a chatbot.
Participants will be provided a hands on experience starting from an example customer service use case.
We will review the use case and walk through the requirements. Then, using the ServiceNow Conversation Designer, participants will design and configure the use case as a conversation topic.
We will review and utilize various building blocks in the Conversation Designer.
Suggestion for this meetup! Bring your own laptop, your personal developer instance and we will provide Lab Guide for this lab. Make sure that you activate the Glide Virtual Agent plugin before attending the meetUP. Want to know how? After logging in to your PDI, go to the list of plugins by searching for Plugins in the navigator and then search Glide Virtual Agent in the list of plugins. You can activate this by pressing "activate" . If you need help, we can do this during the meetup as well.
