How to be a coaching Architect? With Roy Osherove

Abstract

What is the role of an architect? I will argue that the role of an architect is to make themselves unneeded, i.e. remove themselves as a bottleneck and to grow others to be architects. In this session I will describe techniques in which to achieve this goal.
