ADHD Meetup: Coffee & Chaos

Hey there!! Happy to see YOU reading this :-D

I am excited to annouce this groups very first meetup!!

I thought we could start with something simple: meeting for a coffee (tea, wine, beer...) and getting to know each other.

The idea is just to create a relaxed space for women with ADHD to connect. No pressure, no performance — just conversation and shared experiences.

Oversharing is welcome.
Interruptions are expected.

If you're worried about awkward silence or not knowing what to say — don't be. I will bring a few conversation prompts and a simple structure to help the conversation flow.
The meetup will take place at a café/bar in Oslo. The exact location will be shared closer to the event.

You can come alone or bring a friend. Many people will probably come alone.

Ladies, I’m really looking forward to meeting you and seeing where this little community might grow from here.

PS: I’m Norwegian, but the meetup can be in Norwegian or English — whatever people are most comfortable with.
