Butler-Huntington Woods Nature Trail

This 3.1 mile hike is considered relatively easy. Parking is very limited, so attendance will be limited to 10. The Parking lot is just south of 57 Fifty Acre Road in St. James on the left side if you're traveling north.

For this hike, I recommend shorts or long pants and shoes with good treads, water to keep hydrated and, if you like, a snack to keep you energized.

Since it's officially bug season, insect repellent is also recommended and it's a good idea to check yourself for ticks at the end of the hike before you get back into your car.

New attendees to my Spring thru Summer hiking season are required to pay a $5.00 semi-annual fee to cover my planning, preparation and Meetup.com's exorbitant fees. This fee will cover you for all future hikes up through August 2025.
