The Winter Solstice is the shortest day of the year. As we turn toward the light, let's celebrate with a vegan food crawl! ✨
First stop: Brunch at The Chiang Mai Diner
This is the first time I am inviting you to a restaurant that is not 100% vegan, but the Chiang Mai Diner is so beautiful, has a vegan menu, and has been on my radar for a while. The restaurant has welcomed us, so we can try their vegan menu together ✨

Second stop: Bake Shop
Bake Shop is not a completely vegan bakery, but they have a large selection of vegan cakes, cupcakes, bars, and sandwiches and many are gluten free. We will stop here after brunch for dessert or a snack ✨

Third Stop: Amituofu Vegan Restaurant
Amituofu is a fully vegan Asian café with a large menu. We will stop here last for a snack, more dessert, more food, or some Wonton soup!
Wikipedia says saying "Amituofo" can be a wish for longevity and light, as it means "immeasurable life" and "immeasurable light - perfect for a Winter Solstice gathering ✨

Last stop: Pine Box Rock Shop Bar
For those still standing and those who wish to keep going, our (second) last stop will be The Pine Box Rock Shop which is a vegan bar. They have booze and non-boozy cocktails, and vegan snacks! Some may remember vegan pop-up events at this location.
