Ottawa Ada SPARK Meetup

This is a proposal to hold a Ottawa Ada SPARK in-person event in, likely, the Kanata area. Happy to do this downtown as well if people prefer that.

Everybody is welcome, from the community, academia and industry practitioners in Ottawa and surrounding areas.

People from Montreal and Toronto are also cordially invited, though that would be a long way to go for a 2 hour event. Plan is to do maybe a bi-yearly larger event that makes it worthwhile for people to travel to.

This event is sponsored by AdaCore, but will be completely focussed on community.

Location will likely be a hotel in Kanata.

Possible topics:
- How to build deterministic trust in AI artefacts with formal methods
- How to build a memory safe embedded hardware abstraction layer
- Review of an Ada based Capstone, possibly around CubeSats
