Improving your conscious connection skills to a higher level with enlightening guided learning practices through the Tantra lens.In today's busy world, it’s so rare to pause, quiet the mind, feel the body, and feel the heart and its cravings. It is a time to put aside distractions and focus on what is important, a heart-to-heart connection. Bringing awareness to the present moment with feelings and sensations. Allowing us to open our whole being to be touched by life's little moments.The Intention of the Tantralicious Ottawa team is to bring people together, have fun, and be guided in a series of 3-minute exercises with clear guidelines. WHAT TO WEAR?
Shivas, though not required, you are welcome to dress to impress for the evening – perhaps your favourite colour or texture attire, with funky socks, jewellery, etc. Think of the times the goddesses in your lives had asked you to dress a certain way for a special occasion – well, this may be an opportunity to do just that, AND please be comfortable in your choice of clothing as you will be on your yoga mat and cushion you bring.
Shakti, though not required, you are welcome to dress to impress for the evening – perhaps your favourite colour or texture outfit, adorn yourself with the jewelry you feel most happy in or wear that special scarf you love. Indulge yourself as you wish, AND please be comfortable in your choice of clothing as you will be on your yoga mat and cushion, you bring. Come with an open heart and an open mind.
