Walk - Hogs Back area

Hi.

I'm going for a walk/hike starting from the Hogs Back Parking lot, walking by the Rideau River (crossing the Carleton University Rideau River Bridge), canal, and Mooney's Bay area and back to Hogs Back, on Thursday August 7, starting at 10:00 a.m.

We will park and meet at the Hogs Back parking lot, off of Hogs Back Road.

You're welcome to join me.

Hopefully there is no major event on like last week, when the National Track and Field event meant there was no parking at the Hog's Back parking lot.

Please use appropriate footwear.

Distance - 6 to 7 km range
Pace - moderate
Washrooms - Hog's Back

No dogs please.
