Welcome. Our First Ottawa Childhood Trauma Recovery Meeting

Hello and a warm welcome to the very first gathering of the Ottawa Childhood Trauma Recovery group.

It takes courage to take this step, and I'm so glad you've joined. This initial meeting is a relaxed opportunity for us to simply connect. We'll introduce ourselves (as much or as little as you feel comfortable with), get to know one another, and start building a supportive community where we can find good people and make friends.

We'll also chat about our hopes and visions for this group – what topics we might want to explore, ideas for future meeting spots, and how we can best support each other.

Logistics:

• When: Thursday, April 10th at 6:30 PM
• Where: IKEA Ottawa Cafeteria (2685 Iris St)

Please note: The IKEA cafeteria is our starting point for this first meeting. Finding other possible locations for future gatherings will be something that we can discuss.

How to find me: I'll grab a good table and will be wearing a black ball cap.
