Join us for a quiet and cozy morning at the National Gallery of Canada! This event is perfect for introverts who enjoy art, gentle conversation, or simply being around others in a low-pressure setting.

We’ll meet in the main lobby at 10:00 AM, then head into the galleries together. You’re welcome to explore at your own pace — whether you want to chat with others or wander solo, this space is yours to enjoy.

💬 Who’s this for?
This event is open to those aged 20 - 40 and is especially welcoming to neurodiverse and LGBTQA2+ folks. Whether you’re new to the group or a returning member, we’d love to see you there.

🧥 Tips:

• Discussion questions will be offered on occasion by the group leader, but there is no pressure to converse. Quiet company is welcome!
• Wear comfy shoes for walking
• Bring a water bottle
• Feel free to bring a sketchbook or journal if you’d like to reflect or draw
