New Guided Meditation Every Week.
This is a free class. Donations are encouraged to cover the expenses of meditation supplies and meetup host account fees. A donation jar will be available at the front door. Only contribute if this class has been of value to you!

Bring Comfortable Clothes, yoga mats, and anything that would make you comfortable to sit on. We will have meditation blocks and chairs available.

7:00pm to 7:15pm Greetings and Introduction
7:15pm to 7:45pm Guided Meditation
7:45pm to 8:00pm Social

Please do not arrive any later than 7:15pm
