Painting in Andrew Hayden Park

The group's inaugural event will take place at the beautiful Andrew Hayden Park! Anyone joining us should meet near the central parking lot (see map) and we can decide on a general area within the park to set up.

No formal instruction will be provided, however beginners are welcome and I'll do my best to help point you in the right direction with setting up and painting. Most importantly, we're simply out to have a good time!

A portable easel is strongly recommended, but not required.

In addition, you'll need:

• paints (even just the primary colours + white can be enough)
• a canvas or panel
• brushes
• water or solvent (depending on your medium)
• a palette
• paper towel
• bag to take away your garbage

I may be able to provide some of these things if you'd like to participate but don't have all of the items.
