In this group manifestation coaching session, I will teach you the basics of manifestation and the catch where most people get stumped in the manifestation process.

The first step to manifestation is getting clear on the outcome we desire. But here’s the catch, and here is where most people get stumped - it’s not the outcome itself that will guide us to manifesting but rather the energy and the heightened emotional state of living in that desired reality that guides us to creating it. When we align with our future self energetically and emotionally, we attract and create that future into our current reality.

Manifestation really comes down to two concepts - aligning and timing.

In this session we will:

• Get clear on what exactly our desired outcome is and what we are trying to manifest/create.
• Clear our energy of any narratives, old patterns and conditionings to see beyond the limits of our mind and current reality.
• Connect with our future self to get a glimpse of what the energy of that reality FEELS and LOOKS like to find where we truly need to be guided to create it.
• Take a few moments to write down what we saw, what we felt, what we heard. What emotions resonated with us, what the energy felt like.
• And for those that feel called, we will speak that future reality into existence by sharing what we saw, what we felt, what resonated with the group.
