Participants must have a minimum of 2.5 tennis level

Players must pay yearly meetup of $5 and Windsor park ball fees of $5 once.
Please e-transfer fees to "ariellunacastellon@yahoo.com"
with the comment " Full Name + Meetup fees and balls 2026".
RULES:
1-You are required to pay the Fees before attending.
2-Be respectful to other players by avoiding last-minute rsvp cancellations or no-shows.
3-Please don't show up if you feel unwell.

Racquet Sports meetup, in collaboration with onthecourts.ca have procured two time slots on Saturdays and are offering membership for the following sessions:

Location: Franco Cité High School, 623 Smyth Rd.
Dates: September 19th, 2026 – May 29th, 2027
Fee: $150 per session (timeslot)
Timeslots:

1. Saturday, 6:00pm – 8:00pm (Intermediate and up)
   (Plastic birds provided by OTC)
2. Saturday, 8:00pm – 10:00pm (Competitive)
   (Feather birds – players will provide their own shuttles)

4️⃣ If you’re new to OTC, create your OTC Member Account and complete your player profile.
5️⃣ Sign in to your account and complete the registration for your selected session.
6️⃣ Follow the payment instructions provided during registration.
7️⃣ Once your payment has been received and confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation from OTC. 🎉
That’s it — you’re ready to play! 🏸
💰 Full Season: $150 Sept 19th, 2026 to May 29th, 2027
🎟️ Drop-in: $10 each session.

Whether you’re joining us for the full season or dropping in for a game, come meet other players, enjoy some great badminton, and be part of the growing OTC community. 💚
Spaces are limited, so register early to secure your spot!

Parking and Access:

• Parking: Public and recreational sports parking is strictly located on the east side (far side) of the school. You can enter the lot directly from Smyth Road, near the baseball diamond.
• Access: Once parked in the east lot, use the designated community/sports entrance doors facing that side of the building to directly access the athletic wing and gymnasiums.

You are an advanced player accustomed to playing with feather shuttlecocks.

This group uses RSL feather shuttlecocks only and the players will contribute their own shuttles each session; if you are a drop-in and do not have RSL, you can purchase 2 shuttles from OTC for $7. For more info on RSL shuttles, contact me at audie@onthecourts.ca
