Learn how to make perfectly round, smooth French macarons under the guidance of one of the Pastry Chefs from Quelque chose. We will also learn how to make fillings that include classic ganaches.
This is a demonstration class followed by hands-on baking class. Participants will be working in pairs to create their own macarons.
They will provide all ingredients, recipes and materials. Participants take home the macarons made in class to enjoy and share with family and friends (approximately 18 per participant).
Tasting samples and refreshments will be provided.
