Yoga at the Jack Purcell Park (optional/occasional hangout afterwards!)

We will be outside at the Jack Purcell Park.
All you need to bring is a yoga mat or towel, if you would like to use one. We will start off the session with a brief meet and greet, followed by a standard yoga session that will last about 50 minutes.
After the session, we will have a social event at the park. You are encouraged to bring lawn games like bocce ball, or something like a soccer ball or a frisbee to share with others and/or board games. Some people like to also bring their own snacks for snacking on during the social hour. If you want to stay for more than an hour, I will also have a can of bug spray on me you can borrow (the bugs sometimes start to come out after 8:00 pm or so).
If you would like to lead the yoga, please let me know. I appreciate it when other members help me out with leading the yoga sessions.
