Got a goodlife membership? If you’d like to strength train, have fun and catch a vibe, come train with me. You’ll be following the exercises that I’m doing that day. We’ll be meeting up at the Hunt Club GoodLife location where they have a women’s only section. I’m no personal trainer but I can definitely bring comfort and encouragement to your strength training journey through showing proper technique, tips, and overall a good chat about fitness and health. Open to all levels. Let’s get lifting :) Workout times will be after 4:30 PM. Sessions usually take around an hour to an hour and a half, depending on the session. My current split is: 4 lower body days & 2 upper body days. Cardio will be added as well. Guaranteed to get a killer session.
