Welcome to Otter Comedy! We organise a variety comedy shows in Basel.
Our shows are held at different venues all over the city. We have a weekly English comedy open mic, called Underbelly Laughs, at Irrsinn Bar (Rebgasse 43, Basel). We also have other regular shows, like a weekly night of pro comedians trying new jokes, and a monthly special show, where the format is different every time! Most of the shows are free-entry with donations taken at the end. Come and have a laugh!

Oddly Funny: A Weird Comedy Showcase
The Beast Comedy Club, Pfluggässlein 10, Basel, CHA mix of alternative comedy where we throw format out the window. If Picasso were a comedian, he'd approve.

For this show we want to celebrate the weird side of comedy and the even weirder brains behind it. These are the jokes which will make you go, "I don't know why I'm laughing, but this is hilarious!" Whatever you've been missing in the scene, we've got it!
