Hey there, Pumpkin! Let's spice things up with a pumpkin work out, followed by some pumpkin painting. Please bring a personal sized pumpkin to work out with, and then stay after class so we can spice these pumpkins up with some festive painting! *We may get messy, so dress accordingly. 🎨

Please RSVP with the number of kiddos you are bringing as "guests". Thanks for RSVPing so we can prepare things ahead of time.😁

If you want to check out Stroller Strides, it starts at 9:30 and is free for first-time attendees. Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio, and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self-care in a supportive and encouraging environment. You will need a stroller, water, yoga mat (if you have one) and entertainment for your kiddos (ex: snacks, books, toys, etc). All children are required to remain in the stroller (and/or in a carrier) for the duration of the class.
