WHAT WILL THE CLASS BE?
The class will consist of gentle guided stretches flowing through organic movement and connecting back to the breath. Time to ease out those muscles and work towards a long lengthened posture. We will finish off the class with a meditation.
Lets embrace the onset of Autumn and hibernation-mode by coming back to the body and taking care of our minds. This is a perfect chance to meet others from the local community in a safe and welcoming environment.
