Picnic & Games in Guelph

​If you’re looking to meet new people and have authentic conversations, join us for this social picnic in the park. We're skipping the painful small talk and putting together a casual and fun evening outdoors.

What to expect:

• ​Fun ice breakers: Just enough to make everyone feel relaxed and connected, without awkward introductions to a circle of strangers.
• ​Board games: We’ll have a bunch of easy-to-learn party and strategy games spread out on blankets and tables. If you have a favorite, toss it in your bag.
• ​Backyard games: For anyone who wants to move around, we'll have a few lawn games set up in the grass.

​The Logistics:

• ​Food/Drink: Strictly BYO-everything. Pack your favorite snacks and whatever you want to drink.
• ​What to bring: A lawn chair or a picnic blanket is highly recommended, but we'll have some available to share as well.
• ​Weather plan: If it's just a light summer drizzle, don't worry—we'll have pop-up shelters available to keep us and the board games dry. However, if a proper thunderstorm rolls in, we’ll reschedule for a clearer day with updates posted here by noon on the day of the event.
• ​Where to find us: Our exact location in the park will be shared with participants on the day of the event.
