Cushendall to Cushendun
Details
This Sunday (18th May) will be a little different. We will be on the Antrim coast, enjoying a linear walk from Cushendall to the village of Cushendun where we’ll explore the caves, go for a swim, feed the ducks on the river or just sit in the sun and have an ice cream.
Meetup: Exchange Street car park, Belfast where we will pool cars and leave at 10:00 AM sharp.

We will drive to Cushendun and leave cars at the Bay Road car park.

We will then make our way to the Shore Road in Cushendall where we will start our walk at 12:00

Terrain: This is easy walking along a quiet coastal road, visiting the ruins of the ancient Layde church on the way.
Rating: This is a green walk (easy for a person of average fitness). An ideal walk if this is your first time with us.
Resources: Walking shoes or good trainers recommended. Bring a lunch and something to drink and don’t forget the suncream!
Dogs are more than welcome on this walk.
Duration: The walk will take about 3 hours with an additional few hours enjoying Cushendun.
