Newry: Camlough Mountain

We will be hiking Camlough Mountain from Bernish Viewpoint, near Newry.

Meeting Point:
We leave Exchange street car park at 10am. There we can share cars or give lifts to anyone who needs one. Please DM us if you need this. Alternatively you can meet us at the hike starting point, which starts at Bernish at 11:15am (27 Bernish Road, BT35 8PZ). Try to be at these meeting points at least 10mins beforehand.

Grade: This is an amber hike (moderately strenuous for a person of average fitness), a mixture of quiet country roads and open hillside, total distance @ 12-14km.
Kit: Waterproof boots will be required, gaiters if you have them. Be prepared for rain and don't forget to bring a packed lunch.
Dogs: Not permitted on this hike as part of the route crosses grazing land.
