Antrim: Sallagh Braes, Agnew's Hill and Glens of Antrim
Details
This will be a linear route across the impressive Sallagh Braes down into the village of Cairncastle on the Antrim Coast.
Category: Amber
This will be an easy walk across the Antrim Hills and a good introduction for those who are new to hiking. It will be wet and muddy underfoot in places so waterproof boots will be necessary.
Distance will be @10k and we will finish back in the village of Cairncastle where we can visit Mattie's for a drink.
Dogs are not allowed on this hike.
Meeting Point:
We leave Exchange street car park at 10:00am. There we can share cars or give lifts to anyone who needs one. Please DM us if you need this. Alternatively you can meet us at Mattie's Meeting House in Cairncastle. We will drop a few cars there and leave at 11:00 AM sharp for the start point.
