Split Rock Hike to Hawk Watch Overlook [Boonton]

Meet in the lot at 10:00am, the hike begins promptly at 10:15am.

This is a moderate 4.5 mile hike as there are several inclines (see link below for the elevation profile)

Parking address: 342 Split Rock Rd, Boonton, NJ 07005 - the last 0.7 miles is on a downhill dirt road with potholes

Hiking Information
This is an outdoor hike in the woods so conditions may include: mud, wet leaves, slippery rocks, fallen logs, crossing streams, and other elements of nature. Proper footwear (sneakers or boots) are a must. It is recommended to bring at least one bottle of water and a snack.
