O&A presents: Carlingford Hike, Picnic & Sauna Day 🏞️

A full day of movement, good food, and relaxation in the beautiful surroundings of Carlingford!

Hike Start: 10:00 AM sharp
Expected Hike Duration: around 2 hours
Hike Difficulty: Beginner to Moderate
Meeting Point: Carlingford Car Park 🚗

Plan for the Day:

1. Morning hike with scenic views (around 2 hours)
2. Picnic lunch afterwards — bring your own or pick something up in quirky Carlingford (teas and coffees provided)
3. 45-minute sauna session at Hot Box Sauna in the early afternoon (at the Carlingford Marina)

What to bring:
🥾 Weather-appropriate layers & comfy shoes
🍫 Water & snacks
🥪 Packed lunch (optional – shops nearby)
🩴 Swimsuit (All participants should be wearing appropriate swimwear that would be acceptable in a public place), towel & flip-flops for sauna
